Honeycomb and sharp white cheddar on a hot homemade biscuit

Ummm yummmmmm. 

In Maine we ate at a local coffee shop for breakfast and they made their own biscuits.  Tuuuurbo! They also did something called a “chaider” - chai and cider! So brilliant! Also delicious!
